The company Happy Life International was established in 2016 in Tehran with the aim of bridging the gap between industry and academia while providing high-tech products of global quality. The founders of the company were a group of engineers and specialists in the fields of high technology, technology, and commerce, who established this company to address the growing needs of industries and markets in neighboring countries.

In the early years of its operations, relying on the capacity of Adiban University as the academic arm of the holding, Happy Life International engaged in bilateral cooperation and technology transfer with Huawei. This collaboration led to the transfer of technology and the training of the technical technicians and specialists needed by the company, forming the human capital of the holding.

In 2019, in order to expand business activities, specialized departments were established in the areas of oil, gas, petrochemicals, and refineries, pharmaceuticals, medicinal plants and herbal medicines, food industries, cosmetics and hygiene products, construction and mining materials, and research and development.

In 2024, with the aim of exporting high-tech products compliant with global standards, the company began collaborating with the Scientific Vice Presidency of the Presidential Office and is currently recognized as one of the leading companies in supplying the needs of industries and markets in neighboring countries, with the capability to provide over 90 items in specialized fields.
